Attempting to breach or breaching any security or authentication measures set up by the Organization in relation to the www.apoorvavivah.com and/or attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Orgallization's system or network; Scraping, downloading (including bulk- downloading), replicating or otherwise extracting any information or data from the www.apoorvavivah.com (by any process, whether automatic or manual) to offer any products or services which are similar to or may in any manner compete with the products or services of the Organization; Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering or otherwise attempting to do any of the aforesaid or deriving the source code for the Site or Application or any related technology or any part thereof: PROPRIETARY RIGHTS IN THE CONTENT ON ORGANIZATION.
ORGANIZATION owns antl retains all proprietary right in the ORGANIZATION site and the ORGANIZATION service. The site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of ORGANIZATION and its licensor. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, and publish. transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on Users part shall constitute a volition Of this agreement and Users membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by the ORGANIZATION without refund of any of Users unused subscription fees. We also reserve our rights to take legal action (Civil and/ or criminal) wherever applicable for any violation.

MEMBERS DISPUTES
Users are solely responsible for advertisement/communications with other ORGANIZATION Members. ORGANIZATION reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between Users. ORGANIZATION also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, ORGANIZATION is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants. ORGANIZATION expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.

JURISDICTION
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, Users unconditionally agree that all] such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana only.

INDEMNITY
Users agree to indemnify and hold ORGANIZATION, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use DI' the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of Users representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on Users part. OTHER

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the ORGANIZATION selNice, contains the entire agreement between Users and ORGANIZATION regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. That by becoming a member! Users of ORGANIZATION and/or using the Services of the Site, Users unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that they have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them.

SOLEMN AFFIRMATION
I, the subscriber/ User do hereby take oath and state on solemn affirmation that the contents of the above terms and conditions and all the paragraphs are true and correct to the best of my personal knowledge and belief and the same is binding on me unconditionally and irrevocably and I agrec to abide by them as per law.
